App support
BLU Crew is a private field-operations app for authorized employees. The BLU office manages access, roster details, schedules, time records, and expense corrections.
Contact the BLU office
Email admin@cleantheuniverse.com for sign-in help, account access, a correction to your work records, a privacy request, or an app problem. Include your name and a short description, but do not email passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
Before signing out
Keep the app open until the sync indicator shows that your updates are uploaded. To protect field work, sign-out is blocked while a clock action, photo, note, expense, checklist, or sign-off is still waiting to sync.
Lost phone or unexpected access
Contact the BLU office promptly. The office can disable app access and revoke active device sessions.
